2. Data that may be processed

Browsing the website does not require you to provide personal data. Technical operation of the website may nevertheless involve processing data such as your IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, and information contained in server logs.

If you email kontakt@rozycki.dev, I may process the data you provide in the message, including your email address, message content and any other information you voluntarily include.

The website does not use a contact form. The contact link only opens the user's email client using the mailto: protocol.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data may be processed to keep the website operating correctly and securely on the basis of the controller's legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data provided in correspondence may be processed to respond to and manage communication on the basis of legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where a message concerns potential cooperation, it may also be processed to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Data may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations or to establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

4. Hosting and technical providers

The website is hosted using Vercel infrastructure. The hosting provider may process technical data, including IP addresses and log information, where necessary to deliver the website, maintain security and operate its infrastructure.

Data may also be entrusted to technical-service and email providers where necessary to provide those services. Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes.

Where a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made using safeguards available under applicable data-protection law.

5. Cookies and analytics

rozycki.dev does not use analytics or advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or similar user-tracking systems.

The website uses one first-party cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which stores the language manually selected by the user (PL or EN). It is set when the user switches language, remains valid for up to 12 months and is used only to remember that preference.

On a first visit, when NEXT_LOCALE is not present, the language is selected using the Accept-Language header sent by the browser. NEXT_LOCALE is not used for profiling, advertising or behavioural analytics.

You can remove the cookie at any time using your browser settings.

6. External links

The website contains links to external services, including LinkedIn and toastin.it. Once you follow an external link, data processing is governed by the relevant service operator's own rules and privacy information.

7. Retention

Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to handle the relevant matter and afterwards for a period reasonably required to protect against possible claims or comply with legal obligations.

Technical data and logs are retained according to the hosting provider's configuration and policies for as long as necessary to operate and secure the website.

8. Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests.

This Privacy Policy may be updated if the website, its service providers or applicable law changes. The current version will always be published at this address.
